Help for the Center that helps others comes from a Milwaukee web design agency
Many ad agencies see working with a not-for-profit organization like the Center for Communication, Hearing & Deafness (CCHD) as an opportunity to create award-winning designs. Unfortunately, too often, those "award-winning" designs do very little to motivate potential donors, volunteers, or clients in a way that benefits the actual organization.
" . . . The volume of website hits and online orders increased dramatically . . ."
When CCHD began working with Third Person, Inc., the Milwaukee web design and strategic marketing communications agency, their main challenge was to create good design that actually works — at a price that their not-for-profit budget could afford.
"If the strategies we created didn't help their bottomline, we failed — no matter how many awards we might bring home later on," said Michael Caughill, Partner at Third Person. "Thus, our challenge was to enliven the designs — and the bottomline — of CCHD."
" . . . The new brochure designs make a much stronger impact on our potential clients and donors . . ."
"We chose to work with Third Person for our website redesign and agency brochures because Third Person provides excellent customer service and are so easy to work with," said Kerry Malak, Communications Director at CCHD. "They always go above and beyond to meet our needs while respecting our limited budget."
After the new CCHD web site went live, "Our volume of website hits and online orders increased dramatically," said Malak. "We have received nothing but positive feedback about the look and functionality of the new website."
"Plus, we are so happy with the new and improved look of our brochures," continues Malak. "We have found that these new designs make a much stronger impact on our potential clients and donors."
