Third Person's Melinda Caughill joins University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as an Instructor and Coach
MILWAUKEE, WI – The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee now counts Melinda Caughill, Third Person's Vice President of Marketing, as one of its own.
Caughill instructs and coaches budding entrepreneurs enrolled in UWM's
Entrepreneur Training Program (ETP). The intensive 12-week ETP takes students through the process of
planning their business and building a solid foundation for success. In her role, Caughill provides instruction, encouragement and expertise as a fellow "been
there, done that" entrepreneur.
Students that complete the ETP have a finished business plan that has withstood scrutiny from accountants, attorneys, bankers, marketers and other
entrepreneurs.
In addition to her role as an ETP coach, Caughill also teaches Twitter, a popular social media platform, to business
professionals for the UW-Milwaukee School of Continue Education.
Caughill also teaches social media through UWM. "Twitter: Maximizing Your Marketing in 140 Characters or Less" helps business professionals answer the most critical questions about using Twitter for business... such as, what does it do, why should I use it, and how can I use it most effectively? With Caughill's help, professionals will be able to walk away knowing exactly how to make the best use of Twitter for their own business success.
"I'm so excited and proud to be teaching at my Alma Mater," said Caughill. "I love being able to share by experience with my students and hopefully help them avoid making some of the mistakes I've made along the way."
