New business-to-business direct mail packages for Bemis Clysar increase response by almost 4,000%.
OSHKOSH, WI – When Bemis Clysar initially began working with Third Person, Inc., they were struggling with their direct mail efforts.
"Our client had very attractive postcard mailers with a clear call to action," recalls Melinda Caughill, Vice President of Marketing at the Milwaukee advertising agency, "At first glance, it didn't make sense why they weren't getting responses."
In order to help the company make the most of their next mailing, the Clysar team scrutinized every element of the previous mailings.
"Our team also interviewed the Clysar customer base, and it quickly became clear that the offer was way too complicated for direct mail," said Brett Hagland, Lead Account Executive for Third Person. "We needed something else."

"We went from getting just 2-3 responses to more than 115 leads," said Hagland of the new mailer. "It's exciting when our Third Person philosophy makes such a significant a difference in such a short time period."
